Behold - Barack Obama's Official Portrait
2018-02-12
[NY Times] - WASHINGTON ‐ With the unveiling here Monday at the National Portrait Gallery of the official presidential likenesses of Barack Obama and the former first lady, Michelle Obama, this city of myriad monuments gets a couple of new ones, each radiating, in its different way, gravitas (his) and glam (hers).
He looks like he's taking a crap...

#9  interesting picture

try causally crossing your arms and putting them in the same position as Obama; your thumbs will both be at the top of the hand position; Obama has one thumb up and one pinky up

he actually has two right hands (odd, you would have thought two left hands)

#3  Some have criticized the backdrop but I have a shower curtain just like that so I think it's kind of nice.

However, what's with those freakishly large hands and that chair? Did the artist skip school on the day they did perspective?

#2  His looks like a bad photoshop, plus Raj’s observation.

Hers looks like an artsy fashion shot, where the clothes matter a good deal more than the person holding them up.

Together they look like they don’t belong together, a bad omen for their future happiness.

#1  Why? The only picture I want to see of Bin Obama would be in the wanted Post Office posters.
