The Kainji military facility counts "at least 1,000 suspected members" of Boko Haram among its inmates, according to Nigeria’s Daily Trust newspaper. Abuja has begun moving towards the rapid processing of these individuals in order to lift as much of the burden on the nation’s weakened military as possible.
