What odds this lot of expensive, super high tech devices is as useless as the last lot of expensive but fake super high tech devices that Baghdad wasted large amounts of money on, dear Reader?
They would be better off buying unique monitoring services and imagery from Maxar.

#1  Buy one of those JSTAR-lite airplanes and study ground vehicular traffic at/near the borders for suspicious patterns.
