    #3  This has nothing to do with the government or any legal finding, according to the article. Someone started a GoFundMe for thr victims, and in the end they got so many donations that it was turned into a proper nonprofit organization that will now start cashing out, as originally intended. The justice system will make whatever ruling they make, and perhaps the city of Las Vegas and/or the hotel will settle with the victims and their families whenever that happens; but in the meantime, the generosity of Americans will bring some measure of comfort to the bereaved.
