| #5 Really? He sent out a call telling other LEO's to stay away because there was an active shooter? Like I said, most police departments are a bunch of guys wearing cool uniforms with lots of macho looking gear. Their priority in every circumstance is not to protect the public but protect themselves. Most SWAT teams are more interested in preventing causalities on their team than the hostage or the victims of a active shooter. They would gladly stand aside until the shooter runs out of ammo...see Columbine. |
