[ALMASDARNEWS] One of the highest ranking commanders of Faylaq al-Rahman was killed in the East Ghouta region of Damascus, today, pro-opposition activists reported.The Faylaq al-Rahman commander, Abu ’Ali Dhiya al-Shaghouri, was reportedly killed during the Syrian Arab Army’s (SAA) attack on the Jobar-’Ayn Tarma axis, which is located at the western corridor of the East Ghouta region.
