| Several dead and others injured after ‘car ploughs into crowd of pedestrians' in Munster, Germany | |

| [SUN] SEVERAL people are dead and others injured after a car reportedly ploughed into a crowd of pedestrians in Germany today. The incident took place in the city of Munster and members of the public have been warned to stay away from "inner city areas" by police. Police tweeted: "# Kiepenkerl There are dead and injured. Please avoid the area. More information can be found here. We are on site" It is believed that the crash took place near the statue Kipernkel statue in the old town area of the city. In terrifying photographs of the scene, crowds could be seen gathered around several injured, while restaurant chairs and tables were left scattered across the ground. Panicked people can be seen calling for help, with others rush to the aid of the injured. More to follow...
