The ISIS-Khurasan issued a statement in Arabic claiming that the attack was carried out on a compound of the Afghan intelligence in the city. The group went on to claim that the attack has left at least 50 operatives of the Afghan intelligence dead or maimed. However, a hangover is the wrath of grapes... the Afghan security officials are saying that 25 people were killed and 45 others were maimed including several civilians and news hounds.
