| US AFRICOM commander, charge d'affaires meet PC Head in Libya's capital |

| [Libya Observer] The United States AFRICOM commander Thomas Waldhauser, and the chargé d'affaires in Libya, Stephanie Williams, visited Tripoli ...a confusing city, one end of which is located in Lebanon and the other end of which is the capital of Libya. The two countries' officials also discussed mechanisms needed to conduct the aspired for elections in Libya, including the constitutional basis. They also discussed the fighting against IS terrorists. General Waldhauser also stressed on the vitality of cooperation with Libya and the good role played by the Presidential Council (PC), saying AFRICOM are still monitoring the movement of the faceless myrmidons in coordination with the PC government. |
