#2 If everyone is employed a lot of the issues the left depends on to divide and conquer go away or seem super-silly to the point they have to invent crisis to really move people. |

#1 Economy picks up, more people get employed or promoted, available labor pool shrinks, employers sweeten the deal to attract new hires... It ain't rocket science but still the demoncrats either don't get it or want to ignore it to keep people dependent on the government. |
