#1  ...Good for them. I doubt the rest of the EU is getting the hint, but I think I can safely say that when you've gotten to the point where you've pissed off the Italians, it might be wise to reconsider your policies.

*My mom's family came from Reggio Calabria, at the 'toe of the boot'. A traditional Italian phrase for 'hardheaded' or 'obstinate' is testa Calabrese...and I think all of Italy is getting that way.
