Possibly because ISIS has pretty much been destroyed, while Iran has not yet fired off any nukes.
[PRESSTV] A new opinion poll has found that a majority of Arabs consider Israel and the US as the biggest threat to regional stability despite efforts by their rulers to portray Iran as a risk.

The poll, conducted by the Arab Center for Research and Policy Studies in Qatar
...an emirate on the east coast of the Arabian Peninsula. It sits on some really productive gas and oil deposits, which produces the highest per capita income in the world. Asked to elaborate, many cited "Israel's mistreatment of Paleostinians and its colonial policies," the Middle East Eye (MEE) news portal reported, citing the poll’s results.

#1  "Who has killed more Muslims in the last 10 years?"
