#25  Should do it on the condition that, if her claims are unprovable within a month, every Democrat member would resign form the senate - effective immediately.
Posted by: CrazyFool   2018-09-28 20:08

#24  FBI is Deep State.

#23  Dems screwed themselves by losing elections and Harry Reid killing the filibuster. So their Hail Mary is to allow anonymous unprovable allegations to stall or prevent nominations or bills to pass. With that criteria there can be zero democrats in Congress only partisan political individuals to lie under oath.

And by the way the FBI has proven themselves political in delivering or not delivering evidence or indictments.

#22  on #14, facial recognition program comes up with LudmiÅ‚a KozÅ‚owska - also shows a link to Soros so a likely match

#21  Suppose the Dems get their wish and the FBI goes in and gathers all the evidence in the world, Ford is completely uncorroborated, they find all kinds of exculpatory evidence against her, and Kavanaugh ends up looking like a saint.

Will any Dems agree to confirm him?
Posted by: gorb   2018-09-28 16:37

#20  It is expected that Manchin D-WV will vote to confirm...so with Flake, Corker and Manchin we only need one more to flip.

Seems there are a few red state Dem Senators that might just pull a last second switch and vote for.

If McConnell has any doubts about the outcome, there is nothing to prevent him from confirming Kavanaugh on a simple voice vote (The Ayes have it obviously) and that would give the red state Dems and others the cover they need.

#19  Might be worth it if they can get Murkowski on board but, yes, it is a shovel full. Just get it done before November, before it's too late.

#18  Trump hating Flake, Murkowski, and Collins will move as a troika to upend the Kav nomination.

Looks like Ford and Soros at #14.

#17  This piece of shit...
Posted by: newc   2018-09-28 15:22

#16  sounds like Murkowski is agreeing with Flake for the week delay now
Posted by: Jan   2018-09-28 15:12

#15  You're right about the shovel full..Soros but who's the other one?
Posted by: Warthog   2018-09-28 14:56

#14  Anyone recognize these two individuals ?
Posted by: Besoeker   2018-09-28 14:32

#13  Bottom line: Flake just threw a shovel full of shi* into the game.
Posted by: Besoeker   2018-09-28 14:30

#12  B - may not matter..Grassley didn't say that a floor vote would not occur until after investigation. Said it was up to McConnell.
Posted by: Warthog   2018-09-28 14:25

#11  Now they can unleash an avalanche of 'MeToo' Kav victims.
Posted by: Besoeker   2018-09-28 14:23

#10  11/10 yes vote but with a 1-week FBI investigation. I say we call in Strock/Page to give the same due diligence that the Hildabeast got.
Posted by: Warthog   2018-09-28 14:21

#9  needs a week for fbi investigation. ???
Posted by: Spomock Bonaparte6313   2018-09-28 14:21

#8  Well Flaky-flake voted for him to go to the floor even with his last minute whining about it. Schedule the vote Mitch. Preferably this Saturday.
Posted by: DarthVader   2018-09-28 14:10

#7  You cannot count on Flakey Foont Flake's vote, by definition.
Posted by: Alaska Paul   2018-09-28 14:10

#6  Well Flake goes wobbly recommends a week delay on the Senate vote until the FBI has another investigation
Posted by: Beavis   2018-09-28 13:59

#5  We need to get him to vote first. We don't need another McCain event on the floor.....
Posted by: 49 Pan   2018-09-28 12:54

#4  The Senate Republican caucus is getting an upgrade this Fall. We are losing Flake and Corker, and McCain has died. In the meantime, Flake has recognized that he has zero future in politics if he uses Kavenaugh as a way to express his obsessive dislike of Trump.

#3  Majority whip must have been on the job.
Posted by: Abu Uluque   2018-09-28 11:58

#2  When I see the totals after the "gavel falls" I will believe it... Flake has been really been McCain-grade "Flaky" foe a while.
Posted by: magpie   2018-09-28 11:44

#1  Color me shocked. I thought after yesterday that Flake and the other two flaky 'pubs from Maine and Alaska would bail on this.
