#2 Freeman Dyson in his book Disturbing the Universe attended one such meeting at the Pentagon. During the presentation on using tactical nukes in Vietnam without provoking the USSR. An officer slipped him a note saying, "Nuke the gooks, and polite the whites" Yet say most didn't think this was a great idea. |
