According to the Syrian daily al-Watan, Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham
and their allies have never retreated from the established demilitarized zone in northwestern Syria.The daily further stated that Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham, Hurras al-Deen and the Turkestan Islamic Party have reinforced their positions and hidden their heavy weapons, adding that the jihadist groups have decided to remain in the demilitarized zone in northeastern Lattakia, northwestern Hama, and southeastern, northern and southern Idlib.
