#1 Abu Hafs al-Mauritani who stayed in Tehran – with other al-Qaeda leaders – for a decade [following Afghanistan expulsion in 2002]. And with the "Arab Spring", most left Iran for Egypt and Libya where they received the protection of the Obama White House. |
