| Basra (IraqiNews.com) The Office of the United Nations ...boodling on the grand scale... High Commissioner for Human Rights announced, on Sunday, that six 6 cases of liquidation and abduction were reported in the province of Basra in the year 2018. Member of the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR), Fadel El Gharawy, said in a brief statement that the liquidation and abduction cases in the province of Basra in 2018 reached 6 cases, including two children. It is noteworthy that Basra Province is characterized by stable circumstances; however, it witnesses different crimes from time to time. The province is also witnessing tribal disputes that sometimes include shooting and IEDs blasts.
