| Supreme Court Agrees to Decide Legality of Census Citizenship Question |

| [WSJ] The 10-year questionnaire to U.S. residents is used to allocate government funding and reshape the number of congressional seats WASHINGTON‐The Supreme Court announced Friday that it would move quickly to decide whether the Trump administration can ask U.S. residents on the 2020 census whether they are citizens, a case infused with time pressures and immigration politics. The court’s announcement comes a month after a federal judge in Manhattan ruled Commerce Secretary Wilbur Ross committed "egregious" legal violations when he moved to add the citizenship question to the census. The justices will review that decision, adding another chapter to the court’s interaction with Trump administration initiatives affecting immigrants. |

| #9 If this goes against the citizenship every American should refuse to answer the census correctly. Make up your gender, race, ethnicity and number of people living in your household. |

| #8 illegal invaders are more valued than it's citizens. California would no doubt have considerably few Congressional representatives in the House if only the actual citizens among their population counted for the purpose. |

| #1 A true acid test. If Roberts is liberal on this we need two more conservative justices and vote Roberts out as Chief Justice. |
