Yesterday, Guaidó announced in Valencia, Carabobo state, the beginning of tour throughout Venezuela to then organize, as he said, a national mobilization to the Miraflores Palace in Caracas, headquarters of the National Executive, in order to "remove from power" the ruler Nicolás Maduro, whose mandate is unknown.
