[NY Post] Heads exploding. *Literally* worse than Hitler!President Trump on Thursday called for the US to recognize Israel's sovereignty of the Golan Heights that Israel captured from Syria in the Six Day War in 1967.
"After 52 years it is time for the United States to fully recognize Israel's Sovereignty over the Golan Heights, which is of critical strategic and security importance to the State of Israel and Regional Stability!," Trump wrote on Twitter.
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu lobbied Secretary of State Mike Pompeo about the Golan Heights during his visit to Israel this week, according to reports.
And Netanyahu is expected to meet next Monday and Tuesday with Trump, the White House announced on Wednesday.
