| #4 This may yet push ISIS out of Libya. We screwed the pooch on Libya...it was low hanging fruit and we abandoned them. Of course the Russians are filling in...they were roaming the streets in 2013-2014 when I was there. |

| #3 Oil, so somewhat of an interest. Russia wants access the oilfields and Haftar is partial to Moscow. Probably more interesting to the Euro folks, though. |
