| [KhaamaPress] At least twelve people including children were maimed in an kaboom triggered by a magnetic improvised bomb in southern Helmand ...an Afghan province populated mostly by Pashtuns, adjacent to Injun country in Pak Balochistan... province. The provincial government media office in a statement said the incident took place close to Greshk market at around 7:00am local time on Monday. The statement further added that the magnetic bomb was planted by anti-government armed gunnies in a civilian vehicle. At least six children are among those maimed and are being treated in provincial hospitals, the statement by governor’s office added. The anti-government armed gunnies including Taliban ...Arabic for students... have not commented regarding the incident so far. Talibs frequently use improvised bombs as the weapon of their choice to target security and government personnel but in majority of such attacks ordinary civilians are targeted. |
