The US is among another 29 nations that signed the treaty but have not ratified it to make it law.
Since the silly thing remained unratified for the rest of President Obama’s term after his representative meaninglessly signed it, all President Trump did was clear away some underbrush. They’re fussing at him for again exposing Democratic hypocrisy — we went through the same thing when he repudiated the deliberately meaningless climate change treaty — and the world will again be better for the clarity President Trump has brought. |
