| Death toll rises to 9 in Kabul attack, at least 20 more wounded: MoI |

| [KhaamaPress] The Ministry of Interior has confirmed that the casualties toll from yesterday’s attack in Kabul city has climbed to 29 dead or maimed. Interior ministry front man Nasrat Rahimi said Thursday that 9 people including a special forces soldier, 4 public protection forces personnel, 1 security guard of Counterpart International and 3 civilians bit the dust in the attack. Rahimi further added that 20 civilians have also sustained injuries. The attack on Counterpart International was launched at around 11:40 am on Wednesday in the 10th police district of the city when a group of forces of Evil armed with suicide kaboom vests and weapons detonated an exploding car near the office of Counterpart International. The Ministry of Interior had earlier confirmed that four civilians including a woman bit the dust in the attack along with a policeman who was involved in the rescue operation.
