| #9 Electric cars running off of thermal power plants is stupid, ignorant, and delusional thinking. Cars running off natural gas, like commuters and municipal fleets make lots more sense. |

Note: if you could turn corn-gas back into its original components, namely food and dinosaurs, that would be even cooler. |

| #7 Gas tax pays for roads (well what the pols don't spend elsewhere). Electric cars don't pay that tax but they do pay for the roads. It was inevitable the politicians would go after unclaimed booty. |
