| h/t Instapundit India’s prime minister, Narendra Modi, has claimed a landslide victory in national elections that cements the Hindu nationalist leader as the country’s most formidable politician in decades. Modi’s ruling Bharatiya Janata party (BJP) had been expected to easily form a governing coalition with smaller allies, but official results showed the party ahead in at least 300 seats, comfortably beyond the 272 seats required for a majority in the lower house of parliament. |

| #4 Abu, seriously now... would you join the movement to cut countries that don't crack down on this B.S. off the Internet and Phone systems? Gladly. Then I'd firewall the Chinese, Russians, Ukrainians, Romanians and a whole bunch of others. |

| #3 This spells doom for islamists across the subcontinent really. The second term win also saw the obliteration of all communist parties from the Indian political scene. The scammers ? A result of education without employment, lax law enforcement and corruption. Did you know that a recent bust uncovered an operation running a call-center that had swindled over two thousand American elderly out of their savings. Investigation by the CBI (Indian g-men) revealed that the local police officials took their own cut and let it run for two years. Under another government, it would still be running. |
