Salahuddin (IraqiNews.com) ‐ Iraqi security forces have launched a manhunt for Islamic State ...formerly ISIS or ISIL, depending on your preference. Before that they were al-Qaeda in Iraq, as shaped by Abu Musab Zarqawi. They're really very devout, committing every atrocity they can find in the Koran and inventing a few more. They fling Allaharound with every other sentence, but to hear western pols talk they're not reallyMoslems.... remnants at three villages on the outskirts of Salahuddin province, a police chief was quoted as saying. "A joint police force carried out a security operation to purge the villages of Omar Manda, Umm al-Ghezlan and Snidij from Islamic State remnants," Diyala police chief Major-General Faisal Kazem al-Abadi told Alghad Press news website on Wednesday. "The security operation aims at pursuing Islamic State bully boyz and securing all the roads between Salahuddin and other provinces," Abadi added. |
