| [SYRIAHR] The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that a commander in the “Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine” Militia that is loyal to the Syrian regime, was killed after being targeted by an IED which exploded while he was passing on the road to Palmyra in the eastern countryside of Homs, and the SOHR published on the 14th of July 2019, that the gas line between Shaer field and the Ebla Gas Plant in the eastern city of Homs went out of service, after being targeted by unknown entities until now, this comes in a new economic strike against the Syrian regime, where this line transports more than 2 million cubic meters of gas daily to Ebla plant and from it to the power plants, but it is not known yet whether the targeting was carried out by the “Islamic State” organization which is active in the Syrian desert, or by parties form within the Syrian regime which are benefiting from getting this line out of service, but the victim will be as usual, the Syrian citizen. |
