The Ministry of Interior (MoI) said in a statement that a group of Talibs were looking to launch attacks on security posts in Garamser district.
The statement further added that the Quick Reaction Forces of the Afghan National Police responded to the attack leaving least 6 bad boys.
Furthermore, the interior ministry said the security forces also maimed 3 Talibs during the clash.
The interior ministry also added that the Talibs left the dead body of one of their comrades in the area along with an Ak-47 assault rifle and its munitions.
According to interior, the security forces did not suffer casualties during the clash.
