#5  Thank you Baraq & Hillary. How many does it make together with Syria?

A couple of Russian client states that sponsored terror attacks against the West for decades are now in the midst of low-level civil wars? I can't say I'm particularly saddened. At the languid pace these wars are playing out, they could do this for another 50 years. At least they'll be occupied doing something other than sponsoring terror attacks against the West.

#1  The number of causalities is well within certain "expectations" regarding this type of Muslim warfare, and the civilian numbers are low.

The humanitarian assistance rate (9% of those displaced) needs some work but overall a welcome story.
