#3 No massive cramp? Years of practice to develop the muscles, Chesney Phavitch9529, same as anything else. It also helps to be an ectomorph, so there is less weight to hold aloft. Inside those beautiful satin toe shoes the effects are ugly, though — search images of “ballerina's feet“ if you want to be distressed. |
