Iraqi Al Qaeda Emir Assigned to Lead Daesh’s Khorasan Branch: BBC

[ToloNews] An Iraqi citizen, Shahab al Muhajir, has been appointed as the new designated governor of ISIS’s Khorasan branch, according to an investigative report by BBC Urdu that says the group is seeking to mobilize its fighters in Afghanistan.
