| #6 If they were sent to nursing homes, who paid? They were nursing home residents who fell ill there, were sent to hospitals for diagnosis and treatment, but such was the concern about keeping hospital beds available for te hordes to come that they were quickly sent back to their nursing homes to recuperate or die while more valuable sick people were allowed to be treated by the hospitals. So they were already paying their monthly rent and fees, and Medicare covered the upcharge for being on the skilled nursing floor. |

| #4 I really believe the Dem Govs were intentionally trying to thin the elderly population in order to remove as much past financial "liabilities" from their welfare system. |

| #1 Just curious - if they were sent to state hospitals, who paid? If they were sent to nursing homes, who paid? Might it just be about the money? |
