'Any attempt to stop a vehicle or cause the driver to relinquish control, viz. to commandeer or assault the vehicle, or its occupants may be considered an attempt to cause grievous accident or death; and an armed defense against such activity shall hereby be the constitutional prerogative of the citizen. Citizens may trick out their vehicles thus, with small arms with cyclic rates not above 700 rounds per minute, incendiary devices with a max discharge velocity of not beyond 20 ft, and/or bladed wheels, spikes and spring-loaded/hydraulic bayoneted front fenders.
Proviso. Front/side mounted Gatling guns, rear mine laying bays and grenade/rocket launchers are not to be considered small arms or to be retrofitted as concealed defensive devices.' |
