#1 Who yelled 'I can't breathe' What's wrong with this sentence? had a history of mental illness and addiction. Interesting. Tell us more. Beneath the fold? OK, whatever In September 2019, he was found naked after trying to rob a fast food restaurant. A sheriff's deputy subdued him with a Taser after he refused to remain down on the ground and charged toward law enforcement. Gee, it's almost as if this mentally ill addict who was a noncompliant suspect was also... violent. Like, um, a threat to himself and to others. Ya think? |
