Novant Health, which has more than 35,000 employees in 15 hospitals and 800 clinics, mandated that its employees get vaccinated late July.

They had until September 15 to comply. Last week, about 375 employees were suspended for not being vaccinated, but 200 received the jab before Monday's deadline, Spokesperson Megan Rivers said.

Rivers didn't say how many workers were granted exemptions, but Novant Health acknowledged that some were and required them to undergo weekly coronavirus testing. They also must wear N95 respirator masks or other personal protective equipment and eyewear protection while working in Novant Health facilities.

The large wave of terminations follows the Delaware-based healthcare system ChristianaCare, which fired 150 employees earlier this week for not getting vaccinated.

#10  the immune response is very complex and varies from one person to another but antibodies are not the only anti-covid agent; T cells also are involved in this and there are undoubtedly a few other types of cells involved, some we haven't identified yet

Given the number of adverse reactions case numbers seen in other countries finally available and the number seen in US Hospital ER's leaking out. I can understand why some medical staff are refusing the VAX.

But as the numbers today clearly show despite a 75% VAX in the USA as of today, we remain the #1 nation for "claimed" infections?

Also given the US Official sources have told us repeatedly that Medical Staff Infections ran high causing patient beds and treatment to be in short supply.

So why require Medical Staff with Natural immunity and show C-19/21 defensive Anti-Bodies?

Defensive Anti-Bodies, which seems to last as long or longer than the 5-6 month VAX.
