| [MANARA Magazine] South Korea’s foreign relations with the Persian Gulf have changed over the years from passive to extensive and wide-ranging. Seoul’s economic interests in the region have increased and it has striven to carefully balance its policies between economics and politics as well as regional and global considerations. Yet, the country is increasingly drawn into making tough decisions due to political and security issues in the region. |
