| #1 Having lived and worked as during the Nixon/Ford version of issued wages and prices freezes. Which were applied in the hopes of halting inflation. Simply put.... It mainly helped Nixon more to get re-elected, than is solved inflation. Likely, even Biden and/or his handlers remember this. Along with the fact we are coming up on Mid-Terms and Joe's ☺ poll numbers pretty much equal that of Adolf Hitler's in Israel.
