[REGNUM] There were no reports that the Russian military fired on civilians in Bucha for more than three days after they left this settlement, Russia's permanent representative to the UN Vasily Nebenzya said on April 4 at a press conference on the provocation in Bucha.
"For four days since the Russian military left Bucha, there was not a single sign of atrocities, not a single mention of them," the Russian diplomat said.
"To sum up, there are no reports of atrocities that are attributed to the Russian military in Bucha," he added.
“The videos that I presented, especially those of Bucha, do not give any reason to doubt that this was a production. We will present new evidence for this , ”Nebenzya emphasized.
In addition, the Russian permanent representative said that those who call for an "independent investigation" of the events in Bucha should remember the numerous "investigations" that had previously taken place with the strongest political motivation.
"The question is who will conduct the so-called independent investigation. We saw a lot of “independent investigations” that were not independent at all, because they were politically motivated," said Vasyl Nebenzya.
OSCE to hold special meeting on Ukrainian Bucha on April 5
[REGNUM] The Permanent Council of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) will hold a special meeting on April 5 to discuss the consequences of the Russian military operation in the Kiev region of Ukraine. The Permanent Representative of Poland to the OSCE , Adam Halachinsky , announced this on April 4 on his page on the social network Twitter.
"The next special meeting of the OSCE Permanent Council was convened for 5 April."
The special meeting, the main issue on the agenda of which is the situation in the Ukrainian Bucha, will not end with the adoption of specific decisions that require the consensus of the OSCE participating countries. It will only state and discuss the positions of the parties on the situation.
Recall that on the news feed of the Italian state television and radio company RAI on April 4, the news about the response of Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov about the situation in Bucha appeared, and then disappeared. 2) March 31st. The mayor of Buchi joyfully reported on the liberation of the settlement (despite the fact that the Russian troops left from there themselves). He does not talk about any corpses on the roads and terrible destruction in the video. At the same time, the deputy Jean Beleniuk was there. In the photo he is smiling, in his social networks there is no information about the bodies.
3) On the night of April 1-2, the Azov Nazis enter Bucha. Among others was the grouping of Sergei Korotkikh (Boatswain). In his video, empty streets with destroyed equipment.
4) Two days later , photos and videos of people lying on the streets appear. Why these photos and statements began to appear only two days after the entry of the Armed Forces of Ukraine into the city is obvious.
