  • He has now been charged with federal terrorism charges and is due to be arraigned

  • His criminal record includes multiple charges in New York and New Jersey including charges for possessing burglary tools, criminal sex act, criminal tampering, trespassing, larceny and disorderly conduct

  • James was arrested outside a McDonald's on First Avenue in the East Village after security worker Zach Tahhan, 21, recognized him and alerted nearby cops

  • The New York Post also cites sources saying James called cops himself saying: 'I think you're looking for me'

  • Eric Adams claimed on Wednesday 'we got him!' and Commissioner Keechant Sewell claimed the NYPD left him 'nowhere to hide' and 'shrank his world'

  • They were slammed by New Yorkers who pointed out how James had been able to evade the entire city's law enforcement and FBI for nearly 30 hours

  • Breon S. Peace, the U.S. attorney for New York's Eastern District, which brought the charges, said James could face life in prison if convicted: he is due in federal court on Thursday

#6  The very obvious suppression, misdirection and concealment of identifying information that might have assisted the general public in giving assistance to law enforcement was so obvious from the very beginning of this story. Anyone else remember the Twitter post someone put up here the day of the shootings that included a photo and name of the suspect, which without a few minutes had its photo deleted from Twitter?

A few things the media is avoiding or lightly mentioning.

* Frank R. James, A Black Nationalist.

* Posted a meme “O black Jesus, please kill all the whiteys.”

* Had BLM materials in his residence.

* Repeatedly posted on social media Racist based black identity extremist ideologies materials, including the Nation of Islam, Black Panthers, Black Liberation Army, BLM and supported the actions of black nationalist cop-killer Micah Johnson.

* It seems, despite massive censorship of Conservative social media postings and videos, he had "Black" immunity and had a YouTube channel under “prophetoftruth88” also.

* James, help promote CNN, as many of his videos had CNN tuned in the background while making his Racist Rant videos.

Maybe if the FBI didn’t waste so much effort chasing down white-supremacy hoaxes, entrapping Trump supporters and investigating bogus reports of nooses in NASCAR garages, it might have been better placed to notice James’ years of hate-filled rants on social media."
