| #1 In the small print: The ports in the Black sea are in a war zone. The other ports are shallow water ports where tankers can't go. So you have to hire a bunch of small ships to pick up the oil and take it out to sea and do a sea transfer, which is expensive and dangerous. Then sail the supertankers around Europe, through the Mediterranean, through the Indian ocean to where ever you want it. Your "any price" just quadrupled. |
