#14 /\ #6 & 6: A friend's father was a Tanker in WW2 and remarked that in the march across France they discovered that wine bottles fit nicely in the "ready round storage" in a Sherman tank... Something to think about when playing a WW2 armor wargame, eh? |

#13 The culling of Captains and Generals is oftentimes necessary. They can become political party threats upon retirement. |

#12 One of my dad's favorite Civil War quotes. "Well, find out what Grant's drinking and send it to my other generals!" |

#11 Ah, so this captain was the one smoking near the oily rags. Glad we got to the bottom of this (so to speak). |

#10 /\ The historical tragedy of the the Butcher's Bill. The young are sacrificed while, from safe distance, the "elite" of each side look on. |

#9 The Daily Mail (that bastion of British understatement) claims ALL the crew were killed. (sorry, lost the link) |

#7 It's notable our troops were ingenious at improvising the manufacture of alcohol beverages and also liberating the local product everywhere they went in WW II. I feel confident American troops at that time and place were absolutely typical of men at war throughout history. ;-) |

#6 Burroughs said, "nobody likes a drunk with a gun." He would know (look it up) A chemically motivated zealot with a weapon, mind your 6. It's notable our troops were ingenious at improvising the manufacture of alcohol beverages and also liberating the local product everywhere they went in WW II. |

#5 Drugs do not stop fighting effectiness, during ww2 Japanese, American and British forces consumed large amounts of amphetamine. |

#4 Gonna go out on a limb. In a war zone, drugs probably aren't your biggest problem, but they also aren't as helpful as the users think they are. |

#3 Oh dear. Captagon is favoured there, too? |

#2 You will not see this propaganda on your Dailly Mail….. Only amphetamines keep the Ukrainian army’s conscripts and officers going, massive use of drugs rampant at any level and rank. https://www.bitchute.com/video/M5u62TqP2A8K/ |
