| [ZH] The World Health Organization said Tuesday it will rename the monkeypox virus after concern that it could stoke racism and stigma. The current name for the virus, which has infected over 1,600 people in 39 countries this year and was first reported in Africa, does not adhere to WHO guidelines that discourage the use of geographic regions or animals, Bloomberg reports. I settled on International-UN-NGOs because they’ve been making themselves ever more irrelevant with this kind of nonsense. And even if is another disease engineered by China, China is always Page 3: Non-WoT unless Iran is involved. |

| #10 Monkeys (not apes) appear naturally in Africa, South America, Asia, India, and Europe (Gibralter). So only North America doesn't have natural monkeys and they say its somehow a geographic region problem? I think there are more than a few racists at the WHO. |
