'I shot through the door, because he was coming in': Ohio father, 52, LAUGHS in interview with cops hours after shooting dead his daughter's ex-boyfriend when he tried to storm their home and admits the firearm wasn't registered to him
2022-09-01
[Daily Mail, where America gets its news]
  • Mitchell Duckro, 52, shot his daughter's ex-boyfriend James Rayl, 22, three times after he attempted to get into their property

  • Rayl was struck in the left shoulder, right shoulder and back, through the front door and staggered away after the shooting

  • Duckro was heard telling police that he 'shot through the door' because he was 'nervous' about Rayl's behaviour

  • He also admitted that the 9mm firearm used in the killing was registered to his father-in-law

  • Allyson Duckro, 22, had broken up with Rayl a year and a half before her dad shot him dead

  • A Shelby County grand jury voted 8 to 1 not to indict Duckro based on Ohio's 'Stand Your Ground' law

A whole bunch of the greatest warriors in history are coming right at us, and if we flee Rorke's Drift we will just die tired.

Late Britain:
Sporks are dangerous.

#5  The Daily Fail story just shows that the people in Formerly Great Britain have no understanding of self defense or the Second Amendment.

#4  It's the Castle Doctrine.

It's also why we have a jury system, to check Soro minded DAs.

#3  Where was the gun "registered"? Ohio doesn't have any permit or registration process, has a preemption law to keep localities from imposing any, and the owner of the firearm has nothing to do with the legality of self-defense.

#2  He decided to die the moment he decided to try and break the door open. If he'd turned around and left, he would have been fine.
