| Officials: Afghanistan Does Not Need a Constitution |

| #6 The UK has bits and pieces -- like the Magna Carta, which made it clear the monarchy wasn't Supreme -- and traditions that USED to be dependable to protect individual liberty. Sadly, they got convinced that inefficient Healthcare, rationing, and lots of curry outweighed all that. |
