| #4 Careful we don't let the messaging streams cross! Ukraine using old stuff is waste not want not, a frugal virtue. The Russians using old stuff means they have run out of modern armaments and have lost the war. Again. |

| #1 Why do they need it? We're supplying them with $40 billion with billions more on the way. They can buy all the gold-plated overpriced US equipment from Raytheon and Lockmart. Oh wait, they're stealing the money, aren't they? That's why they have to use WWII weapons. How much is getting kicked back to US government officials? |
