| World Temp for lower Troposphere dives to negative anomoly |

| Link goes to Dr Roy Spencer's graph The world average for the lower troposphere (based on satellite based measurement) has been dropping for the past few months and is now at a -0.04C anomaly from the long term average. I'm not sure how Spenser defines the LT but I think it is the lower 3000' or so). We have been in a relatively strong La Nina for several years now and it might go lower in Feb 2023. Of course, eventually there will be another El Nino which will likely bring the global temp up. |
