BLUF: Until the date of this article, the blogger Donetsk held off blogging about a meeting between government officials and the women/wives of soldiers of the Ukrainian 58th Separate Rifle Brigade, apparently thinking the document was a Russian plant.
The women just wanted to know where their men are and the Ukrainian officials won't give a clear answer. Apparently, the women are too scared to press for information because, from what I read into the situation, they could be denounced as enemies of the state, with all that that entails.
The women searched, apparently physically, everywhere they were sent for some information about their men only to be rebuffed everywhere.
Donetsk also offers to Ukrainian women help in finding information from EPOW rolls.

Simply and boringly, the public council of the Sumy region in December 2022, discussed with the wives of the military personnel of the 58th motorized infantry brigade, the loss of 700 of its soldiers. Not death or injury, not captivity, namely loss. They were and are not. Dissolved in the expanses of the former Ukraine.

Both the document and the video are just f ... c. Sorry, but there are no swear words. I stand on this side. They are enemies. But at the same time, rejoicing at the loss (death) of 700 men in only one region is not normal. These are Russian people, although even now they are enemies. And this begging from women for at least some information about their husbands - you can’t comment without swearing.
The video is amazing - it will introduce itself from the fear of women, because if the wife of a missing serviceman talks a lot, she can instantly turn out to be a collaborator and enemy of Ukraine. They applied everywhere, and everywhere they were sent, the only thing that frightened the Ukrainian officials was the threat of their wives to go to Russia to look for their men. At what plainly they didn’t say anything, they promised to sort it out ... once again. And the phrase that the 58th Brigade (3500 people) is no longer there, even before the Bakhmut meat grinder, melted away in the battles of spring and summer to zero, so this is an indicator of what is the real situation on the fronts.
In a word, look and listen and think. I do not call on our side to rejoice, I do not call on that side to go to the barricades, I am not an agent of the FSB/GRU/Putin, not a Russian IPSO, I am a blogger who was thrown off these files on December 15th. The man threw it out. He sent them out in the hope that they would raise a fuss even here, if no one there cares. And I did not publish for a long time, I was afraid to set up a person. Now you can. The person who got all this is already safe.

I don’t give guarantees, but I do what I can, without demanding anything in return. Because the situation when their dead are buried in a trench is not normal. More precisely, it is abnormal for us, for the authorities of Ukraine, apparently it is good.
Once again, watch the video and listen carefully. Much will become clear. And to the people on the other side, who have not yet been caught and put into service, think hard. Not everyone ends up in Azov, which, according to their wives and mothers, they are looking for and changing.
