Elon Musk Returns Twitter Bird Logo, Removes 'W' From Company Name At Headquarters To Read 'Titter'
2023-04-11
[SAHARAREPORTERS] The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of popular microblogging company Twitter, Elon Musk, has changed the company’s logo from “doge” meme back to its former classic blue bird logo.

The company also removed the “w” in the company’s name at its headquarters in San Francisco.
Musk is having fun at his critics' expense.
Confirming the changes, Musk on his Twitter account said he would like Twitter to be known as ‘Titter’.
And the postings would be known as "Tits."
He wrote, “Our landlord at SF HQ says we’re legally required to keep sign as Twitter & cannot remove “w”, so we painted it background color. Problem solved!
There is no W in either "tempest" or "teapot."
“This will be great for reducing impersonation risk. They tried to muffle our titter.”

Twitter's blue bird was replaced by the Shiba Inu dog meme, which is also the logo of the Dogecoin cryptocurrency, but it was observed that this change to Doge is only visible on the web version of Twitter and not on the Twitter app.

Musk had also tweeted a meme of a police officer checking a document, while Doge says it's an old photo.

He also shared a screenshot of a conversation he had with a Twitter user before he took over the company, writing "as promised". In the conversation, Musk asks if there is a need for a new platform, to which the user suggests that Musk should instead buy Twitter and replace the blue bird logo with a Doge.

It was further gathered that the value of Dogecoin went up by almost 30% after Twitter changed its homepage logo to the dog meme.

Since taking over the social media giant last October, Elon Musk has implemented numerous changes. Twitter recently announced that it will discontinue its old verified programme on April 1, requiring users to pay $8 per month for the coveted blue checkmarks.

#4  Elon is still sinking in.

"What is best in life?
To crush your enemies, to see them driven before you, and to hear their womanly tweets of lamentation."
