[ColonelCassad] The State Duma is today adopting a new law on military registration. Today it was adopted in the second reading. Ahead of the third reading.
From innovations.
1. Transfer of military registration and enlistment offices to digital methods of accounting for those liable for military service. A unified digital registry will be created.
2. Citizens are now enrolled in the reserve even without their personal presence, simply on the basis of state records.
3. After receiving the summons within the established procedures, citizens will be prohibited from leaving the Russian Federation.
4. Mobilization dodgers will be prohibited from driving vehicles.
5. State departments will transfer the personal data of citizens for military registration in a single register.
6. Deleting an account on the State Services will not help in any way to avoid serving the summons, it will be considered received from the moment it is placed in the register.
7. The total period from entering the register to the legal recognition of delivery is 7 days. Legal consequences for evasion - from 20 days.
In fact, this is the largest reform of the mobilization system in recent decades.
Obviously, if the plans include another wave of partial mobilization in the interests of waging war in Ukraine, then it will already take place within the framework of the reformed system, taking into account the mistakes and jambs of partial mobilization in 2022.
The authorities say that so far no mobilization is planned and this is a general reform of the system.
